Tyvan is EMP's northernmost permit area and comprises roughly 40,922 hectares of mineral leases. The August 2025 NI 43-101 identifies Tyvan as a current EMP property but excludes it from the report's resource scope; future resource evaluation and data collection are planned for a later date.
