The Small Mines Joint Venture portfolio comprises the Mauretania, Chariot, Black Snake and Golden Forty deposits, which are 100% controlled by Tennant Mining while Emmerson holds an uncapped 6% gross production royalty on precious metals. Chariot, Mauretania and Black Snake carry JORC probable reserves, and Pan African plans underground development of Golden Forty as part of its FY27 Tennant Mines program.
