Emmerson Resources Limited is an Australian gold and copper developer that became a wholly owned subsidiary of Pan African Resources after a court-approved scheme was implemented on 1 July 2026. Its portfolio includes the advanced White Devil gold project, royalty interests over the Tennant Creek Small Mines Joint Venture deposits, wholly owned Hermitage and Jasper Hills copper-gold projects, and five New South Wales exploration areas. ERM was removed from the ASX official list on 2 July 2026.
