Snuol is a 13.44-square-kilometre Cambodian joint-venture project centred on the retained Anchor Prospect. Emerald has earned a 51% interest, manages the project and can earn an effective 70% upon completion of a definitive feasibility study. Santana Minerals has elected to retain a 15% interest free carried to DFS completion; Southern Gold retains a 15% interest free carried to DFS completion plus a 2% gross royalty capped at US$11 million and a 1% gross royalty thereafter. Emerald has applied for an industrial mining licence over Anchor and is evaluating it as a potential satellite resource and source of supplementary feed for the Memot Gold Project approximately 32 kilometres to the southwest.
