Salave comprises five mining concessions and an investigation permit covering approximately 3,317 hectares on Spain's north coast. The 2025 scoping study outlines a 1.2Mtpa underground mine using sub-level open stoping and cut-and-fill with flotation to produce a gold concentrate. The production target contains 25% Inferred material and supports neither an Ore Reserve nor a development decision. The EIA remains suspended, the PIER application was withdrawn in November 2025 and EMC is evaluating municipal and alternative permitting pathways.
