Buffalo Gulch is a near-surface gold exploration area about two miles west of Elk City and part of Elk Range's Idaho Gold Project. Historical drilling and metallurgical work outlined mineralisation, but the published figures are foreign estimates that are not JORC Mineral Resources, and Elk Range has not announced a current field program for the asset.
