Elevate currently owns 85% of Marenica after completing the separate 10% acquisition. The remaining 5% purchase would increase ownership to 90%, with closing extended to 30 September 2026. The Namibian uranium project is the subject of the company's 2017 scoping study and U-pgrade beneficiation work.
