Oropesa is a 100%-held open-cut tin development approximately 150 kilometres north of Seville in Andalusia. The April 2025 DFS supports an 11.75-year mine producing an average 3,404 tonnes of tin metal annually; SPIB retains a right to convert to 4% of the Spanish subsidiary at final investment decision and holds a 1.35% net-smelter royalty.
