Louisiana is Element 25's proposed U.S. battery-grade HPMSM refinery, designed around proprietary low-waste processing technology and supported by U.S. Department of Energy grant funding and automotive offtake partners. The 2023 feasibility case remains the latest full technical study, but site selection, commercial agreements, construction timing and commissioning are being revised through a 2026 execution-plan review.
