Electra is evaluating a future cobalt sulfate refinery in the Bécancour Industrial Park in Quebec. The company's conceptual phased plan targets an initial metal-dissolution line of up to 2,000 tonnes of contained cobalt annually and a possible later line of 5,000 to 10,000 tonnes.
