Creswick is an underexplored Victorian gold project hosting part of the Dimocks Main Shale corridor. ECR and Bold Gold have executed binding conditional farm-in and joint-venture agreements under which Bold Gold may earn up to 80% by funding up to A$3 million of exploration; the farm-in remains conditional on renewal of EL006907 and EL006184, and no interest is earned before the A$1.25 million threshold is reached.
