The proposed TanzGraphite facility would process 20,000tpa of Epanko flake feed near Ifakara and use Tanzanian hydropower and transport infrastructure. Its independent engineering study reported greater than 60% spherical-graphite yield and a US$58.6 million construction estimate, but excluded spares, initial fills, light vehicles, waste treatment and owner costs pending final layouts.
