Epanko is EcoGraf's principal graphite development within Special Mining Licence SML 733/2025. The February 2026 BFS defines a 73,000tpa Stage 1 open-pit and flotation operation using oxide ore for the first 15 years. EcoGraf owns 84% of Duma TanzGraphite and the Government of Tanzania holds a 16% free-carried interest. The project has completed lender technical and environmental diligence but still requires binding financing and a final investment decision.
