Lepidolite Hill covers three granted prospecting licences and mining lease application M15/1874 across 1.07 square kilometres, approximately 18 kilometres south-southwest of Coolgardie. Eastern Lithium holds 70% and Livium Ltd holds 30%; historical drilling encountered lithium-bearing pegmatites and preliminary test work produced a lepidolite concentrate grading 3.75% Li2O.
