Earths Energy Limited is an Australian listed resource-company shell and the renamed successor to Cradle Resources Limited. After an independent review, it stopped development spending on its geothermal licences, agreed to divest the subsidiary interests holding those assets and began seeking a replacement resource undertaking. ASX suspended EE1 from quotation in May 2026 because its operations were insufficient.
