Eagle Graphite Incorporated is a suspended and delisted Canadian former graphite explorer. Its operating subsidiary and all of that subsidiary's assets, including the Black Crystal quarry, passed under a court-appointed receiver and were ultimately controlled by the secured debtholder. The public parent disclosed in August 2025 that a viable recapitalization appeared unlikely and it no longer reports a current mineral project.
