Romano is an approximately 800-square-kilometre contiguous exploration package adjacent to the Gruyere district. Dundas can earn 80% by funding A$2 million of exploration within two years under its December 2025 agreement with Cazaly Resources. Cazaly retains a 20% interest free carried to completion of a positive feasibility study; the licence grant and commercial earn-in terms are unchanged by the replacement disclosure. Historical prospects include Bloodwood and Brahman. The defined Bloodwood Camp historical population comprises 158 holes drilled by Gold Road in 2018: 157 air-core holes and one diamond hole. Seven air-core holes returned intervals at or above 0.1 g/t Au; 146 had reported gold values but no interval at or above that reporting threshold, and four short holes had sample records with no reported gold value. The drilling was predominantly low-grade, wide-spaced and first-pass. Dundas reconciled the reported air-core intercepts to raw assay records, but the raw diamond assay file is absent from the archive reviewed; the adopted diamond interval comes from Gold Road’s contemporary public announcement and was not independently recalculated. Dundas has undertaken no drilling, sampling, re-assaying, collar re-survey or site inspection at Bloodwood. Geological and grade continuity are not established, true widths are unknown, and no Mineral Resource or Ore Reserve has been estimated at Bloodwood or Romano.
