Mangaroon Gold is the gold-focused portion of Dreadnought's approximately 5,000-square-kilometre Mangaroon holding. It contains five granted mining leases, the 27,000-ounce Star of Mangaroon resource and multiple camp-scale discovery targets. An October 2025 scoping study defined a short, high-grade open pit at Star, where Black Cat is to fund and manage development, haulage and processing once all approvals and a decision to mine are obtained.
