The 100%-owned critical-metals portfolio combines the Yin Ironstone Complex and Gifford Creek Carbonatite for 40.82 million tonnes at 1.03% TREO. Gifford Creek also carries published niobium, phosphate and titanium grades and a separate conceptual Stinger niobium exploration target. Twelve Mick Well tenements acquired in March 2026 add about 20 kilometres of mapped rare-earth mineralization and tungsten, copper and gold potential.
