Aurora is DLP's 100%-owned copper-molybdenum-silver project in southern Peru. The April 30, 2026 Mineral Resource contains combined open-pit and underground Indicated resources of 614.84 Mt at 0.19% Cu, 0.06% Mo and 2.09 g/t Ag and Inferred resources of 1,118.80 Mt at 0.18% Cu, 0.07% Mo and 1.95 g/t Ag. The September 2026 PEA evaluates 402.9 Mt, approximately 30% of the resource, through open-pit and underground mining over 17.5 years, with base-case after-tax NPV8% of US$2.703 billion, 18.5% IRR and US$2.377 billion initial capital. Average annual payable production is 90.5 million pounds of copper, 37.4 million pounds of molybdenum and 1.21 million ounces of silver.
