The legal entity acquired Latitude 66 Cobalt Limited in a reverse acquisition completed on 5 June 2024, raised A$4 million, changed its name to Latitude 66 Limited and replaced security code DCX with LAT effective 3 July 2024. DCX is therefore treated as a ceased historical code with no current standalone projects; subsequent Latitude 66 assets and activity belong to ASX:LAT.
