Diablo Resources Limited is a United States-focused critical-minerals explorer with the 100%-owned Star Range silver-antimony-copper and Phoenix sediment-hosted copper projects in Utah and Colorado, plus the King Solomon gold project in Idaho. It has also signed a conditional agreement to acquire 80% of the Horn Silver Project in Utah, but that transaction remained incomplete at 23 July 2026.
