Deterra has a 50% interest in Sonoroy Holdings Limited, which holds an option to acquire a 3% gross-revenue royalty over Sonora for US$52 million, equivalent to a 1.5% net royalty attributable to Deterra. A 2017 feasibility study exists, but nine underlying lithium concessions were cancelled in August 2023 and remain under dispute.
