Desert Metals acquired 100% of the two Agboville permits in June 2026. Granted permit PR-1036 covers 341 square kilometres and the second pending application covers 257 square kilometres. The 598-square-kilometre package has not undergone modern exploration and is prospective for both gold and pegmatite-hosted lithium; historical government work also noted tantalum, beryllium and rare-earth mineralization.
