The 4,217-hectare Zacatecas flagship combines the San Acacio, Lucita and Lagartos land packages in the historic Zacatecas silver district. Defiance completed the final San Acacio option payment in July 2026 and now describes the portfolio as 100% owned, subject to retained royalties; the company does not treat the historical San Acacio estimate as a current mineral resource.
