Colosseum is a 100%-owned past-producing gold mine in San Bernardino County with an updated 44.5 Mt JORC Mineral Resource containing 1.08 Moz and a 20.6 Mt Ore Reserve containing 630 koz. The May 2026 BFS defines an open-pit restart and 2 Mtpa CIL plant, while a separate drilling program tests carbonatite-style rare-earth targets on the same property.
