Relocalize's planned second commercial micro-factory is a cold-pack facility at its Montreal headquarters with stated annual capacity of 3.2-4.0 million units. CVW committed the second C$1.5 million tranche of its initial investment for a 25% gross-revenue royalty over this facility and the first facility together.
