Northstar has signed a letter of intent for a long-term Hamilton lease for a future asphalt-shingle recycling facility modelled on its Calgary plant. Half of CVW's Northstar debenture principal is intended to convert at stated thresholds into a gross-revenue royalty calculated at 1.7143% per C$1.0 million of converted principal, currently about 13.9% per future facility.
