Cullen retains a 1% free-on-board royalty over future iron-ore production from the former Mt Stuart Iron Ore Joint Venture tenements, including the Catho Well channel iron deposit, plus A$1 million on any final investment decision. The royalty tenure is separate from the operating Onslow Iron project.
