Culico has indirect exposure through its approximately 8% corporate interest in KCC, rather than direct concession ownership; the proposed merger is conditional. Targets include Aouinet Feddah, Sidi Makhlouf and Stanton-Craig. Historical high-grade intersections are unverified, the 2024 bulk sample is selective and may not be representative, and insufficient exploration has been completed to define a mineral resource.
