KCC, through its Moroccan subsidiary, operates a producing copper mine and processing facility near Marrakech and has been in production since 2017. Its current 158 km² footprint spans the Kharrouba Complex and Koudiat El Harcha, whose separate exploration property covers 47 km². The Kharrouba Complex includes five shafts, two ramps, the T112 open-cast mine and a central plant capable of processing approximately 400 tpd; it produces clean copper concentrate sold into European and Asian markets and can process third-party mineralized material. KCC plans exploration and production growth. Culico's exposure is indirect through 34 million KCC shares (approximately 8%) rather than direct concession ownership; the proposed merger remains uncompleted. Mining and processing were commenced and continued without a feasibility study of mineral reserves demonstrating economic and technical viability.
