Laguna Santa Maria comprises two Argentine mining concessions totalling 670 hectares and licensed for sodium-carbonate production. Critical Reagent holds 100% of Ignacio VI and 86% of Santa Maria and has applied for the remaining 14%. Geophysics and limited sampling support further brine testing, but no compliant mineral resource or economic study exists.
