Richards Lake, also described in disclosures as the Kenora Uranium Project, is a regional Ontario uranium land package optioned to American Atomics Inc. The partner may earn 60% by completing C$900,000 of exploration over three years; until vesting, Critical One retains 100% ownership and the partner operates the program. Five holes totaling 1,045 metres were drilled in 2025. No current compliant resource, reserve or economic study is disclosed.
