Cobra North comprises EPL-7011, EPL-8115 and EPL-8531 in Namibia's Erongo uranium district. Critical One controls an 85% interest through Pennywort Investments, with local partners retaining 15%. A 2015 SRK estimate for EPL-8531 is historical under NI 43-101 and is excluded from mineral_estimates. The proposed sale to Dark Star Minerals was terminated in February 2026, returning control to Critical One.
