Carter Road is the granted Carters Road exploration licence EL9946, 100% held by Galaxias Metals Pty Ltd, approximately 40 kilometres northwest of Gloucester in the southwestern New England Orogen. Reconnaissance identified copper-mineralised material in an abandoned road-base quarry; one selective grab sample returned 4.69% Cu and 5.78 g/t Ag but does not establish bulk grade or mineralisation continuity. Cosmo is compiling open-file historical exploration, geological and geophysical data before ground truthing, mapping and sampling. Barrington State Forest overlaps the licence's southern edge; statutory New South Wales mineral royalties apply, and on-ground exploration requires stakeholder engagement and necessary approvals and authorisations.
