Core Natural Resources, Inc. is a United States producer and exporter of metallurgical and thermal coal formed through the January 2025 merger of CONSOL Energy and Arch Resources. Its operating platform comprises the Pennsylvania Mining Complex, West Elk, Leer, Leer South, Beckley, Mountain Laurel, Itmann, Black Thunder and Coal Creek mines, supported by interests in two East Coast export terminals.
