Timmins East comprises 332 mineral claims over approximately 6,904 hectares in three claim blocks north of Timmins. Two western blocks totaling 154 claims and about 3,104 hectares are adjacent or near Core Critical's existing Timmins claims and approximately 1.5 kilometres from Canada Nickel's Reid deposit property boundary. Core Critical exercised its option and announced 100% ownership in October 2025, subject to the underlying royalty terms.
