Copper One Resources Corp., formerly Giant Mining Corp. (BFG) and Majuba Hill Copper Corp. (JUBA), is a Canadian-listed copper explorer. Its flagship Majuba Hill porphyry copper-silver-gold project in Nevada is under an option whose amended US$1.3 million purchase is in closing; Copper One also owns Redonda in British Columbia, is earning into Redhill in British Columbia and has conditionally agreed to acquire Rooinek Mining and its Sport copper project in Utah. None of the projects has a current compliant mineral resource, economic study or producing mine.
