IsoEnergy acquired the company on December 5, 2023, CUR was delisted after December 8, and Consolidated Uranium continues only as a wholly owned subsidiary; its former U.S., Canadian, Australian, and Argentine uranium portfolio is now managed and reported by IsoEnergy.
