Comstock's wholly owned Silver Springs facility is commissioning a zero-landfill solar-panel recycling line designed for up to 100,000 tons or about 3.3 million panels per year. Four of six major unit operations had been installed and tested by July 23, with continuous integrated operations planned for August 2026 and a downstream one-ton-per-day metals-recovery pilot in development.
