Keefers-Hannah is a former Commodore exploration option. After reviewing Phase I results, Commodore declined the cash payment and share issuance required to maintain the option, and the optionor terminated the agreement on August 17, 2026. Commodore is reviewing other mineral-property opportunities, but no replacement acquisition has been announced.
