Comet Resources Limited is a delisted Australian former mineral explorer. After selling its Northern Territory exploration tenements in October 2024, the company described its International Graphite shareholding as its remaining asset. In August 2025 the board announced the sale of most of that holding, full repayment of the related loan, a gradual sale of the balance and a planned wind-up after settling all debts. The Explorer classification is the closest available schema value for the company's historic activity; it does not imply a current exploration program.
