The Guayabales Project in Caldas is Collective Mining's 100%-owned, permitted flagship exploration property, anchored by Apollo and the Trap system. Apollo now has a maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource effective August 31, 2026: 37.0 Mt Indicated at 2.17 g/t AuEq for 2.58 Moz AuEq and 48.2 Mt Inferred at 1.83 g/t AuEq for 2.83 Moz AuEq. More than 165,000 metres had been drilled across Guayabales by July 2026, and approximately 40,000 metres drilled at Apollo after the March 31 resource database cut-off are excluded from the estimate; Apollo remains open laterally and at depth, with northern-extension and Ramp Zone assays pending. Thirteen rigs are operating across Guayabales on Apollo expansion and infill, Trap, Orion and Victory. Orion, approximately one kilometre east of Apollo, has a mapped 350-metre by 300-metre mineralized surface footprint with concealed extensions; reinterpretation at Victory generated copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry-breccia and precious-metal vein targets. Environmental, engineering and permitting studies are advancing toward a targeted H2 2027 environmental-license application, subject to study results, financing and required approvals. No Mineral Reserve or economic study has been completed, and the RPEEE constraints do not demonstrate economic viability.
