Formerly named Francisco Basin, Viento Andino holds a 127 square kilometre exploration licence position and a current 0.92 million tonne LCE JORC resource. Its September 2023 scoping study assessed a 20,000 tonne-per-year lithium carbonate operation over 12 years, but further work is deferred while Laguna Verde remains the funding priority.
