Korella North comprises EPM 28589 and mining lease ML 100379 in northwestern Queensland. Its NI 43-101 resource effective 11 August 2023 totals 0.6 million tonnes Indicated at 13.1% P2O5 and 2.1 million tonnes Inferred at 13.0% P2O5. The mining permit was granted in late 2024 and the company has discussed simple open-pit mining and beneficiation, but no compliant mine-level PEA, PFS or feasibility study was found. The interest is held through Avenir Makatea Pty Ltd, in which the December 2025 accounts record a 70% group interest; the proposed sale of that subsidiary remains pending.
