Chatham Rise is an offshore phosphorite project within mining permit MP 55549 east of New Zealand. The April 2026 NI 43-101 report supports an Inferred resource of 71 million cubic metres averaging 295 kilograms of phosphorite per cubic metre and containing 21.1 million tonnes of phosphorite. The project has a mining permit but no current marine environmental consent or compliant economic study. Chatham presently owns the project subsidiary, while a conditional Wetstone investment could reduce its equity interest and leave it with a retained royalty.
