Resurgent is Chariot's claystone-lithium core project on the Nevada-Oregon border. Its 79.4%-owned FMS Lithium subsidiary held 597 claims and staked another 573 at Resurgent East in June 2026, producing a pro-forma position of about 1,170 claims subject to county and US Bureau of Land Management recording. Surface sampling up to 3,865 ppm lithium supports 32 priority targets. A minimal-disturbance maiden drill program is designed but remains subject to permitting; no Mineral Resource or economic study exists.
