Copper Mountain is a 37-claim Wyoming lithium exploration project held through Chariot's 93.9%-owned Panther Lithium subsidiary. Two claims are subject to a ten-year Vesper Resources mining lease with a US$2 million purchase option and a 2% net-smelter-return royalty. The project is an exploration-pipeline asset without a current Mineral Resource, study or dated drilling commitment.
