Black Mountain comprises 89 unpatented lode claims in Natrona County after a September 2025 tenure reduction. Chariot's 93.9%-owned Panther Lithium subsidiary controls most claims, with 27 subject to the Black Mtn. Lithium Corp. purchase option and two subject to a Vesper Resources mining lease and purchase option. Phase-two drilling intersected pegmatites in 17 holes, with selected intervals grading 0.58% to 0.99% Li2O over 0.6 to 1.8 metres. The project has no Mineral Resource or economic study.
