Chariot Resources Limited is an Australian lithium explorer with six current United States project interests. Its core assets are the hard-rock Black Mountain Project in Wyoming and claystone-hosted Resurgent Project in the McDermitt Caldera, supported by Copper Mountain and Tin Cup in Wyoming and minority interests in Horizon and Halo in Nevada. Chariot is also pursuing a conditional acquisition of 66.667% of an eleven-title Nigerian hard-rock lithium portfolio, but settlement has not occurred and those assets are not represented as currently owned projects.
